The Code 93 Extended is more compact than Code 39 Extended. The Start/Stop indicator * can be deselected if you want to. The Code 93 Extended is able to use any combination of digits / characters / letters between ASCII 0 and ASCII 127.

 

ASCII characters.

In the barcode input you will be able to right click to access the supported ASCII, e.g. Form Feed, FF and all other supported ASCII. You could also use [FF]. Only software solution with this option.
