Barcode Bar Color

Change color for the Bars and text.

Please note when you change the Barcode Bar Color

you are also changing the font color.

Click on the Barcode Bar Color option in the Barcode menu and you will be able to change the color for the bar in the barcode and also for the human readable text. Text and bars are always the same color.

Choose the color you would like to use, in this case red have been selected.

Background color have been set to Yellow.

Click on the color you would like to use for the bars and human readable text for the barcode. Text and bars are always the same color. If you have checked Yes in Invert Colors, you will see the color to be used for the inverted color. You can change the background color for the barcode, use the Barcode Background Color in the Barcode menu.

The above menu will show, if you have selected the barcode type that supports it.

However, as a general rule, the background of the barcode symbol can be a light, warm colour that does not contain any black (such as yellow or light orange), and the bar colour can be a dark, cool colour that has no, or low, red content (such as dark blue or dark green). It is also a recommendation to avoid high gloss inks as this can cause problems with the reflectance values.”
