Save as Click on Save as when you would like to save the Barcode List as a Barcode Image Maker List, *.BIM or save a barcode in the Windows Bitmap file *.bmp or as a JPEG *.jpg or as a Adobe PDF *.pdf or as a PNG *.png or a TIF *.tif or save TIF file(s) in a Zip file or in the MS Excel format *.xls, Encapsulated PostScript *.eps or Enhanced MetaFile *.emf . You could also use the short cut Ctrl + S (that's Control + S)
Save as, No Items have been checked in the Barcode List.
As nothing have been checked or selected in the Barcode List.
As nothing have been selected or checked in the Barcode List you will not be able to save a barcode image. If you would like to save a barcode image, then please check or click on at least ONE item.
As NO items have been checked or selected in the Barcode List, you will only be able to save the Barcode List.
You will only be able to save the Barcode List as nothing have been selected or checked in the Barcode List. You have the options to save the Barcode List in the following file formats
Barcode Image Maker List (*.bim), The Barcode List will be saved in the *.bim format.
MS Excel (97-2003 Worksheet)(*.xls), Saves the Barcode List in the *.xls file format. You will be able to use MS Excel 2007, MS Excel 2010 as it's compatible with the 97-2003 Worksheet format. Please read the Please Notice!! below.
Barcode List (*.txt), The Barcode Image Maker List will be saved as a TAB Delimited text file.
When you save the Barcode List in the *.xls format, it will ALWAYS be saved as the first worksheet and the worksheet is named 'Barcode Image Maker Pro.'. You will be able to name the file yourself.

Barcode Image Maker Pro supports the following file formats when saving.
Barcode Image Maker List (*.bim), The Barcode List will be saved in the *.bim format.
MS Excel (97-2003 Worksheet)(*.xls), Saves the Barcode List in the *.xls file format. You will be able to use MS Excel 2007, MS Excel 2010 as it's compatible with the 97-2003 Worksheet format.

Encapsulated PostScript (*.eps), save the barcode as a vector image. Can also be saved in the CMYK color format, default is RGB.
ZIP File(s), *.tif only) (*.zip), You will be able add a TIF file to a Zip using this option. The barcode image will be saved as a TIF and then added to the Zip. Zip supports additional settings.
When using the Zip option, please note that you can have a max. size of 4 GB or 32000 files in the zip if it doesn't exceed 4 GB.
When you save the Barcode List in the *.xls format, it will ALWAYS be saved as the first worksheet and the worksheet is named 'Barcode Image Maker Pro.'. You will be able to name the file yourself.
Save as, More than One Item have been checked in the Barcode List.
More than one Item/Product have been checked in the Barcode List.
You will be able to chose more than one item/product in the Barcode List and have them saved i one go.
In the above picture you can see how the Save as looks when you have selected more than one item/Product in the Barcode List. Please note that you will NOT be able to name the file as you would only get ONE file if it would have been possible. The files are saved as Product_Barcode.nnn, if Digit Supplement is used the file is saved as Product_Barcode_DigitSuppl.nnn, the nnn = File format you have chosen. You can make the string used for saving the files. The ZIP File(s) and the All in one PDF can be named as they will only be one file after saving.
Windows Bitmap (*.bmp), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the Windows Bitmap file format.
JPEG (*.jpg), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the JPEG file format. Supports EXIF
One image in One PDF (*.pdf), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the PDF file format, please note that ONE image will be saved in a PDF. PDF supports additional settings.
All in one PDF (*.pdf), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the PDF file format, please note that ALL image will be saved in ONE PDF. PDF supports additional settings. You will be able to name the PDF file. Made a (Code 39) 10,000 image at 1200 dpi to ONE PDF and it took a little less than 3 hours on Windows Vista and ended up with a 697 MB file.
PNG (*.png), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the PNG file format.
TIFF (*.tif), All checked items/products barcodes will be Saved in the TIF file format. Supports EXIF
Enhanced Metafile Format (*.emf), save the barcode as a vector image.
