How to make a ISBN + Price Tag barcode |

I will show you how to make a ISBN + Price Tag barcode. All settings is set to 100% size e.g. Default setting in Barcode Image Maker Pro.
First select the barcode you would like to use, click on the Select Barcode and move down to the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag).
Right click in the text box for the Digits Supplement and select one of the pre-defined currencies.
When you have selected the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag), then fill in the Product information (optional) and most importantly fill in the barcode characters in the Barcode text box and as we will have a price tag for the ISBN you will also have to fill in the 5 Digits supplement, that's the text box to the right of the Barcode text box, right click and select 5 USA (USD). As it's a ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) you will need to fill in 12 digits and the last digit (13th digit) as it's the checksum (check digit). You will also need to add additional 5 digits for the price tag, please look at the picture below for more information about the price tag.

You will also have to fill in the price tag, and as we have already selected 5 USA (USD), I have filled in 2295 (a total of 52295), that's USD $22.95. Now that all the information have been added, all we have to do is to click on the Add to List button to add it to the Barcode List.
The input have been added to the Barcode List.
Added the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) information to the Barcode List . You could just select it or better check the Product and save it.
The ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode shows in the Barcode area.
If the barcode have been made correctly an image will show in the Barcode area.
The ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement has a pre-defined Rec.size of 80% to 200% (100% is default) and it can be selected using
We use 1200 dpi for the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag)
We will save the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode in 1200 dpi and you will need to click on the User Setting and then fill in 1200 in Width x Height. If you would like to use the same resolution as your printer, then please click on the Use Printer Resolution, please note that that not all printer drivers support this function, so if you get no resolution information or none digit input then please do NOT use it, use User Setting. Most settings for the barcode can be set manually.
Lets save the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag). Click on Save as.
Now we need to save the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode as a image file. Click on the Save as in the the File menu. You could also just click on this icon
This is how the Save as looks in Windows Vista.
Select the file format you would like to save the barcode in. I have selected TIFF (*.tif) in the Save as type:. Fill in the File name: for the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag), I have filled in My ISBN incl Price tag, click on the Save button to save the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode as a high resolution TIFF. It will take a second or two and the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) have been saved as a 1200 dpi TIFF barcode image. The TIFF image format supports EXIF tags.
When the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode image have been saved to a folder.
When using Barcode Image Maker Pro. you do not need to open the folder yourself, just click on the File menu and then click on Open Folder saved to. and the folder will open in windows and show the file you saved, shown in the picture below. Fast and easy.
This is NOT the full size of the image or true view as the barcode has no Top Margin. This is how it looks in Windows Vista.
Above you will be able to see the ISBN + 5 Digits Supplement (Price Tag) barcode you have just saved as a TIFF file, double click the file you have just save to view it. You will be able to save more than one Product/Item at the time, by adding more products/items before you save, more information here. You would also be able to view the barcode image in the Image TAB.
