Rotate Bar code (No Crop.)
Is it recommended to rotate a barcode ? This really depends on the size and print resolution, if you are going to make a rotated barcode then test scan it. It's always okay to rotate the barcode 90, 180, 270 degrees. The barcode have been rotated 12.75 degrees. Min. = 0 degrees and Max. = 359.99 degrees.
Rotate barcode have been set to 12.75° No. Crop.
Bar code is rotated 12.75 degrees, but the image is not cropped.
Rotated Bar code (Crop.)
It's not recommended to make a cropped barcode as the start and end of the barcode can be cut of and that will make the barcode unusable. Even at 12.75 degrees, as in the barcode below, not all the digits in the barcode are showing (Human readable text) and should not be used. It will scan as all the bars are okay (depending on resolution). Min. = 0 degrees and Max. = 359.99 degrees.
Rotate barcode have been set to 12.75° Crop.
Bar code is rotated 12.75 degrees, but the image is cropped.
Encapsulated PostScript (*.eps) and Enhanced MetaFiles (*.emf) vector image can't be rotated. But you will be able to rotate the vector image in Adobe Illustrator.
Printing a rotated barcode on a label can only be done by setting the Rotate Barcode 90, 180, 270 degrees in the Barcode menu.
