List Code: OPC0
The OPC is a 10-digit, numeric code that identifies the product and the manufacturer. The structure of the OPC code is the following:5 digits for Manufacturer Identification Number assigned by the Optical Product Code Council, Inc.
4 digits Item Identification Number assigned and controlled by the optical manufacturer. The item identification number must be unique to each individual product
1 digit for checksum which is added automatically.
