Q: Barcode Image Maker Pro isn't running after install. What could be the problem ?

If you are runing Windows XP (Service Pack 3, should be installed) Most likely Microsoft Framework .NET 2.0 have not been installed on your computer. When you run the setup Barcode Image Maker Pro.exe, at the start of the setup an attempt to download the dotnetfx.exe have been made, if it fails you will get a warning message. The solution is to download the Framework .NET 2.0 and install it.

Q: Can't install Barcode Image Maker Pro, Windows installer is missing.

Download and install Windows Installer v4.5 and then run the setup Barcode Image Maker Pro.exe

Q: When I uninstall in Windows Vista, I get a "An unidentified program wants access to your computer", what to do ?
It's the UAC (User Account Control) in Windows Vista that alerts you, this will happen on uninstall. Looks like a MS Vista bug as the file is signed. Click on Allow.
Q: Where's the included files located ?

The Manual (in PDF) can be accessed from the Start -> All Programs -> Shareware by Lars Sams -> Barcode Image Maker Pro. also Register Software is located there.

The included *.bim and *.xls files are located in the Documents\Barcode Image Maker Pro\ folder (Documents is also known as MyDocuments)

Q: Are you the same guy that makes Barcode Maker 5 ? and are you still going to update Barcode Maker 5 ?

No, there is no fee for any updates within the same major version, so as you have registered v1.00 you will be able to download any minor version udate e.g. v 1.xx for free.
